Career started on HCL Technologies' delivery teams for British Telecom (2005–2009). Joined Virtual Employee Private Limited in 2009 and spent twelve years there — one of India's longest-running remote staffing operators — rising through operations to Vice-President and joining the board as Director in 2018, a seat held until 2021.

Co-founded the Zedtreeo remote-staffing brand in 2023, under Legelp Services LLP; its operations moved into LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited when that company was incorporated in April 2025. Today: four MCA-verifiable board roles across the same industry vertical — Director at LegelpTech Outsourcing Pvt Ltd (current), Designated Partner at Legelp Services LLP (current), former Director and Vice-President at Virtual Employee Pvt Ltd, and former Director at Unnati Softech Pvt Ltd. Each of those four is a governance appointment on the MCA register, and a board seat is not by itself an ownership interest — the Virtual Employee seat carried no shareholding at all.
