Before remote staffing
HCL Technologies — British Telecom account
Spent four years on HCL Technologies' delivery teams for British Telecom (BT) — one of the largest UK telecom outsourcing engagements at the time. The exposure to enterprise-grade UK procurement standards, SLA discipline, and offshore delivery operations is what made the move to remote staffing in 2009 a continuation of the same work at smaller scale.
