Over the seventeen years since, I have built and governed remote staffing operations for global B2B clients — twelve years at Virtual Employee Pvt Ltd (2009–2021), rising to Vice-President and joining its board as Director in 2018, then as Director of LegelpTech Outsourcing. Earlier: HCL Technologies on the British Telecom account.

This page exists as my standing answer to the credibility problem the remote staffing industry has: every claim is sourced, every entity is registered, and every directorship is attestable to a third party.
Active directorships
Director, LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited
Operating company behind multiple remote staffing brands, including Zedtreeo — which he co-founded under Legelp Services LLP in 2023 and which was reorganised into this company on its incorporation in April 2025. Certified to ISO 27001:2022 within five months of incorporation (certificate SCC/2509LU/2933). Scope of certification: information security applied to staff augmentation services — recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and management of technical and non-technical personnel.
Designated Partner, Legelp Services LLP
Designated Partner since incorporation. The LLP was the operating platform that preceded the current LegelpTech Pvt Ltd entity, and it is the vehicle under which he co-founded the Zedtreeo remote-staffing brand in 2023. Zedtreeo's operations moved to LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited on that company's incorporation in April 2025; the LLP remains active for residual legacy contracts.
Previous directorships
Director and Vice-President, Virtual Employee Private Limited
Twelve years with one of India's longest-running remote staffing operators (3,000+ enterprise clients across 30+ countries, 700+ video testimonials, 5-star Trustpilot rating with 250+ verified reviews). Joined in 2009 and rose through operations to Vice-President, the executive title used at virtualemployee.com. Appointed to the board as Director on 25 March 2018 per the MCA register, and served as a director until 2021 — so twelve years at the company, the last three of them on the board. The seat was a governance appointment only — he held no shares in Virtual Employee Private Limited at any point, and was never a promoter of it. Resigned in 2021 to focus on building the next-generation operator that became LegelpTech.
Director, Unnati Softech Private Limited
First board appointment. Uttar Pradesh-incorporated software services entity sharing directors with the Virtual Employee group. Cessation date pending MCA21 DIR-12 reconciliation.

Directorship is a governance role under the Companies Act 2013. It denotes appointment to a board, not ownership: a director need not hold shares in the company, and none of the roles listed here should be read as a claim of equity or promoter status.
Brands and legal entities are separate things, and they were created at different times. The sequence:
- 2020 — Legelp Services LLP incorporated (LLPIN AAU-2765, 16 October 2020).
- 2023 — co-founded the Zedtreeo remote-staffing brand, operating under Legelp Services LLP. A brand, not a separate legal entity.
- 2025 — LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited incorporated (CIN U82990DL2025PTC446352, 15 April 2025). Operations, including Zedtreeo, reorganised into the private limited company; ISO 27001:2022 certification follows in September 2025.
So a 2023 brand-founding date and a 2025 incorporation date describe two different events in the same continuous operation, not a discrepancy.
Before remote staffing
HCL Technologies — British Telecom account
Spent four years on HCL Technologies' delivery teams for British Telecom (BT) — one of the largest UK telecom outsourcing engagements at the time. The exposure to enterprise-grade UK procurement standards, SLA discipline, and offshore delivery operations is what made the move to remote staffing in 2009 a continuation of the same work at smaller scale.
Pre-VE role. Not a directorship.
